TWGHs Ma Kam Chan Memorial Primary School
From September 2023 to May 2024, we arranged an integrated course for all P.3 students at TWGHs Ma Kam Chan Memorial Primary School. Consisting of 14 sessions, the course included themes covering plants, birds, spiders and insects, enabling students to understand Hong Kong ecology comprehensively. In the indoor interactive sessions, such as the insect life cycle game, as well as the crafting of spider web frame and insect hotel, students learned about the characteristics and habits of the organisms, and realized different conservation methods. On the other hand, through bird-watching activity, farm visit and ecology survey inside and outside campus, the students could further apply knowledge acquired into different flora and fauna learnings.

Po Leung Kuk Tin Ka Ping Millennium Primary School
In May and June 2022, we organized a five-day environmental education program for all P.4 students at Po Leung Kuk Tin Ka Ping Millennium Primary School. The program was designed for multiple intelligence lessons incorporated with the theme of environmental education. The program adopted our exclusive teaching materials such as the field trip video “Meet the Forest Friends” and interactive story about ecology. In addition to indoor classes, an ecological photography workshop was also included. Students were encouraged to explore wildlife on campus. As results, students would be more aware of their surroundings and participate in environmental conservation actions in daily lives.
