Other than training and providing professional development for local teachers, OWLHK also organizes various types of activities concerning ecology, biodiversity and environmental education for teachers in Macao. Parallel training topics include: forest ecology, board game education, trees and lichen, plants and butterfly ecology, etc. Co-organizers of the event include The Association for Promotion of Science and Technology of Macao and the Colegio de Santa Rosa de Lima from Macao.
