Pan embarked in nature conservation after graduation, participating in wetland project management for over 10 years. He is responsible for implementing agricultural wetland conservation measures, coordinating with local stakeholders, and designing environmental education activities. Additionally, he engages with schools and communities to conduct community-led programme, promoting nature conservation through community involvement. Serving as a local ecology course tutor, he has also participated in overseas study trips organized by universities, leading high school students to visit Kenya in Africa and the Amazon rainforest in South America to explore the global crises faced by various species. Pan has over 20 years of birdwatching experience, has a fondness for amphibians and reptiles, and is knowledgeable in Hong Kong's ecology. Through sharing wildlife stories, he hopes to inspire more people to care for and protect the natural environment.
